Product Description
The Y43W Steam Pressure Reducing Valve sets the outlet pressure by adjusting the spring tension. It uses a diaphragm to sense changes in outlet pressure, and the pilot valve opens and closes to drive the piston, thereby regulating the flow area at the main valve’s throttling section to achieve pressure reduction and stabilization. This product is primarily used in steam piping systems to reduce and stabilize pressure.
Product Features
This pressure reducing valve is a pilot-operated piston-type pressure reducing valve consisting of a main valve and a pilot valve. The main valve primarily comprises components such as the valve seat, main valve disc, piston, and spring. The pilot valve primarily consists of a valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and adjustment spring. This product represents a significant improvement over standard pressure-reducing valves, featuring an enlarged piston area, a modified throttling structure, an updated sealing design, and an increased flow area. These enhancements have substantially improved performance in terms of sensitivity, flow rate, and service life.
