Product Description

The Q941H Electric Hard-Seal Flanged Ball Valve is suitable for on/off and regulating applications. The ball valve is directly connected to the actuator. Electric metal-sealed ball valves are primarily suitable for operating conditions with temperatures ≤325℃. Electric metal-sealed ball valves are mainly divided into two sealing configurations: single-direction sealing and double-direction sealing. Single-direction sealing: Sealing is only effective in the specified direction, as indicated on the valve. Double-direction sealing: Sealing is effective in both directions. The structural types of electric hard-sealed ball valves include floating ball and fixed ball designs. Connection types include flanged, welded, and threaded connections. The electric actuator features a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for a separate servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4–20 mA signal and connecting to a 220 V AC or 380 V AC power supply. Electric hard-seal ball valves offer advantages such as simple wiring, compact design, small dimensions, light weight, low resistance, and stable operation.
