The Q971F Electric Thin-Body Wafer-Type Ball Valve consists of an electric actuator and an ultra-slim ball valve. Compared to standard electric ball valves, it features a compact design, small size, and light weight. The short distance between the seat and the end flange minimizes material retention and ensures superior sealing performance. Typically, electric slim-profile wafer ball valves are suitable for applications with limited installation space and are widely used in automatic control systems across industries such as chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and light industry. The V-channel ball design, when paired with an electronic electric actuator, enables flow regulation. Additionally, the seat features an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth opening and closing. The valve is equipped with a fire-resistant design, allowing for reliable operation and maintaining excellent sealing performance even in the event of a fire.
How It Works
The Q971F Electric Thin-Body Wafer-Type Ball Valve is powered by mains voltage and directly accepts standardized control signals. It converts these signals into corresponding displacement, moving in angular increments (0–90°) to adjust the rotation of the ball plug. Consequently, a specific input signal corresponds to a specific position, enabling proportional control. (The two-position on/off type uses power supply voltage as its driving force, achieving on/off operations through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, while simultaneously outputting a valve position indication signal.)
