Product Description

The Y14H-16P bellows-type pressure reducing valve consists primarily of a valve seat, a steel ball, a bellows assembly, a spring-loaded spring, and other components. The pressure reducing valve features a stainless steel bellows structure inside, which is simple and durable, making it suitable for piping systems that require high sensitivity and have limited installation space. Pressure can be adjusted by turning the plastic handwheel: turning clockwise reduces the pressure, while turning counterclockwise increases it. No tools are required for adjustment, and installation is convenient. Because the internal structure uses a bellows, internal components are less prone to damage, significantly extending the service life.

How It Works

The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring-loaded device; when the outlet pressure decreases, the valve disc opens further; when the outlet pressure reaches a predetermined level, the valve disc closes slightly. This primarily achieves pressure reduction and stabilization by having the pressure of the medium downstream of the valve act on the area of the bellows, which in turn transmits this force to the spring-loaded device.
