Product Description

The HC81X grooved silencing check valve is suitable for use in water supply systems where backflow of the medium must be prevented. It ensures unidirectional flow of the medium: when pressure pushes against the valve core, it compresses the spring, causing the valve to open rapidly; when the medium flows in the opposite direction, the spring pushes the valve core against the seat, causing the valve to close immediately. The special design of the HC81X grooved silencing check valve ensures smooth operation, with no vibration or noise during closure, eliminating the water hammer noise typically produced by other types of check valves when they close.

How It Works

This valve operates on the principle of a central guide shaft that moves back and forth in response to pressure differentials, and features spring-assisted rapid (early) closure. When the pump starts, the full flow path is open, reducing flow resistance and enabling the system to operate efficiently.
