Product Description
The JHL-Type Multifunctional 3-in-1 Check Valve consists of components such as a valve seat, valve stem, spring, disc, and guide sleeve housed within the valve body. This check valve performs three functions: shutoff, check, and throttling. It is primarily used at the outlet of water pumps or in other pipelines to prevent backflow of liquids. It effectively prevents water hammer and noise generated by backflow in conventional check valves, making it an upgraded replacement for traditional check valves. Equipped with a quick-closing spring, it utilizes the quick-closing principle to prevent water hammer, stop backflow of the medium, and achieve silent closure. It is fitted with an opening indicator; by adjusting the opening, the pump’s output can be regulated. When the valve stem is closed, it functions as a globe valve.

Applications
The JHL multifunctional 3-in-1 check valve is used in general buildings, apartment complexes, and factories for water supply and drainage, hot and cold water treatment, boiler condensate systems, and at the pump outlet of secondary water supply pipelines. It is designed to prevent backflow of the medium within the pipeline caused by pump shutdown.
