Product Description

The HC41X-16T brass silencing check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. This valve features a compact design, smooth operation, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance, and a long service life. The valve disc is guided by a central shaft at both the inlet and outlet ends and is spring-loaded; its rapid closure reduces water hammer pressure, provides excellent sealing performance, and operates quietly when closing. It is widely used in piping systems to prevent backflow of media, prevent pumps and drive motors from reversing, and for the venting of media from vessels.

How It Works

This valve operates on the principle of a central guide shaft that moves back and forth in response to pressure differentials, and features a spring-loaded design that allows for rapid (early) closure. When the pump starts, the full flow path is open, reducing flow resistance and enabling the system to operate efficiently.
