Product Description

The H44T-16 Swing Check Valve, also known as a one-way valve or non-return valve, is designed to prevent backflow of the medium in a pipeline. A check valve is a type of valve in which the closing element opens or closes automatically due to the flow and force of the medium to prevent backflow. Check valves belong to the category of automatic valves and are primarily used in pipelines where the medium flows in one direction; they allow the medium to flow in only one direction to prevent accidents. Valves of this type should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.

Product Features

The swing check valve features an internally mounted swing arm design, with all moving parts housed within the valve body without penetrating it. Except for the center flange, which uses sealing gaskets and sealing rings, the valve has no external leakage points, completely eliminating the possibility of external leakage. The connection between the swing arm and the valve disc in the check valve uses a spherical joint, which allows the valve disc a certain degree of freedom within a 360° range and provides appropriate minor positional compensation. It is suitable for clean media but is not recommended for media containing solid particles or with high viscosity.
