Product Description

The 100X remote control float valve consists of a main valve, needle valve, ball valve, float valve, strainer, and other components that form a hydraulically controlled piping system. Once calibrated, it automatically controls the liquid level. The 100X remote control float valve utilizes direct liquid-level control, requiring no additional devices or power sources. It is easy to maintain, provides highly accurate liquid-level control, is unaffected by water pressure, and features reliable sealing. It is widely used for liquid-level control in facilities such as water towers and reservoirs within water supply networks for high-rise buildings and residential areas.

How It Works

When water is supplied from the inlet, since the needle valve, ball valve, and float valve are normally open, water flows through the strainer, needle valve, control chamber, ball valve, and float valve into the tank. At this point, no pressure builds up in the control chamber, so the main valve opens and water is supplied from the water tower (tank). When the water level in the water tower (tank) rises to the set height, the float rises and closes the float valve. Water pressure in the control chamber increases, pushing the main valve to close, and water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve reopens, water pressure in the control chamber decreases, and the main valve reopens to resume water supply, maintaining the water level at the set height.
