Product Description

The HQ11X internal threaded ball check valve, also known as a rolling ball check valve, features an internal threaded connection and a Y-type structure. Its internal rubber ball seal is wear- and oil-resistant, with a pressure rating of PN10 to PN25 and a nominal diameter (DN) range of DN25 to DN80. The valve uses a rubber-coated rolling ball as the disc; under the force of the medium, it rolls up and down along the valve body's integral slideway to open or close the valve. It features excellent sealing performance, silent closing, and no water hammer. The valve body features a full-bore flow path, providing high flow capacity and low resistance, with a head loss 50% lower than that of a swing check valve. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. Suitable for cold water, hot water, industrial, and domestic sewage networks, it is particularly well-suited for submersible sewage pumps, with a medium temperature range of 0–80°C.
