The HS41X safety backflow preventer valve (backflow preventer valve) is a safety device designed to prevent backflow contamination in potable water pipelines. Developed independently using advanced foreign technology, it is a safe and reliable valve that prevents backflow contamination of drinking water, ensuring the hygiene and safety of potable water. The primary and secondary check valves of the backflow preventer valve consist mainly of a valve body, valve cover, valve disc, sealing gasket, and spring. This product features a rational design, ease of use, strong sealing performance, durability, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is widely used in the power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, gas, urban construction, papermaking, textile, pharmaceutical, food, marine, water supply and drainage, energy, and drilling industries.

How It Works

Standard Backflow Preventer Valve: Consists of two check valves connected in series. If the seal of one check valve fails, the second check valve can still provide a seal to prevent backflow; however, if the seals of both check valves fail simultaneously, the valve loses its backflow prevention function. This type offers relatively lower safety and reliability but has a simpler operating principle. Safety Backflow Preventer Valve: Based on the standard type, a drain valve is added in the middle. The upper chamber of the drain valve is connected to the inlet of the first-stage check valve via a high-pressure hose. This ensures that even if the seals of both the first- and second-stage check valves fail simultaneously, the drain valve can still prevent backflow contamination.
