Product Description

The 100X Remote Control Float Valve consists of a main valve, needle valve, ball valve, float valve, and strainer, forming a hydraulically controlled piping system that automatically regulates the liquid level once calibrated. The 100X remote control ball valve utilizes direct liquid level control, requiring no additional devices or power sources. It is easy to maintain, offers high accuracy in liquid level control, is unaffected by water pressure, and provides reliable sealing. It is widely used for liquid level control in facilities such as water towers and reservoirs within water supply networks for high-rise buildings and residential areas.

How It Works

When water is supplied from the inlet, the needle valve, ball valve, and float valve remain open. Water flows through the strainer, needle valve, control chamber, ball valve, and float valve into the tank. At this point, no pressure builds up in the control chamber, so the main valve opens, and water is supplied to the water tower (tank). When the water level in the tank (or reservoir) rises to the set height, the float rises and closes the float valve. Water pressure in the control chamber increases, pushing the main valve to close, and water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve reopens, water pressure in the control chamber decreases, and the main valve opens again to resume water supply, maintaining the water level at the set height.
