Product Description

The tri-clamp ball check valve, also known as a rolling ball check valve, features a Y-shaped design with an internal rubber ball seal that is wear- and oil-resistant. It uses a rubber ball as the valve disc; under the force of the fluid, the ball rolls up and down along the valve body's integral slideway to open or close the valve. It offers excellent sealing performance, silent closure, and prevents water hammer. The valve body features a full-bore flow path, providing high flow capacity and low resistance; head loss is 50% less than that of swing check valves. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and is suitable for cold water, hot water, industrial, and domestic sewage networks, making it particularly well-suited for submersible sewage pumps.
