Product Description

The ZMBQ-type pneumatic film shut-off valve features a top-guided design and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It offers advantages such as a compact structure, light weight, responsive operation, an S-shaped streamlined fluid passage, low pressure drop, high valve capacity, and easy disassembly. The shut-off valve receives signals from control instruments to shut off, open, or change the direction of the medium flow, thereby achieving automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and liquid level. This valve is suitable for media such as air, water, steam, and oil at temperatures up to 200°C and is widely used in production process automation and remote control systems across various industrial sectors, including petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, power generation, light industry, and textiles.

Terms of Use

The valve opens at a pressure of 0.2 MPa; the pressure must not be too high, otherwise the diaphragm may rupture, causing the valve to malfunction (If you are unable to maintain the normal air pressure, please install a gas pressure regulator before the air inlet.) The quality of the diaphragm is reflected solely in its wear resistance and service life. If the diaphragm ruptures immediately after installation or fails shortly after use, there is only one possible cause: excessive air pressure has ruptured the diaphragm (diaphragms ruptured by high pressure can be distinguished from those that have worn out naturally over time, as the points of failure are different). Keep the piping clean and free of contaminants; otherwise, the valve core may be damaged, causing the valve to fail to close properly and leak. Please be sure to pay attention to these two aspects.
