Product Description
The J41H ANSI Flanged Globe Valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with the American National Standard ANSI B16.34 and is suitable for ANSI Class 150. It is designed for use in various piping systems with operating temperatures ranging from -29℃ to +250℃ to shut off or allow the flow of media within the pipeline. The body and bonnet of the J41H ANSI flanged globe valve feature excellent strength, rigidity, and flow capacity. The bonnet is designed with an upper seal seat, which ensures a more reliable packing seal when the valve is fully open and facilitates packing replacement. Packing and gaskets can be selected and configured according to actual operating conditions or user requirements, making the valve suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions with reliable sealing. Medium- and large-diameter models are equipped with roller bearings for smooth opening and closing.
How It Works
The J41H ANSI flanged globe valve features a plug-type disc with a flat or conical sealing surface; the disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the fluid flow. The valve stem is available in two configurations: a lifting-type stem (where the stem rises and falls while the handwheel remains stationary) and a lifting-and-rotating-type stem (where the handwheel rotates and moves up and down with the stem, with the nut mounted on the valve body).
