Product Description
The WJ41H ANSI Bellows Globe Valve is suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, highly permeable, radioactive, valuable, and high-purity media. Its key component, the metal bellows, is automatically roll-welded to the stem assembly at the bottom and to the connecting plate at the top, creating a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage from the stem.

- The valve disc features a conical design, with a sealing surface that follows the flow lines of the medium, resulting in superior sealing performance and a longer service life.
- The dual-seal design (bellows + packing) ensures that even if the bellows fail, the stem packing will prevent leakage, and it complies with international sealing standards.
- The valve bonnet is equipped with a grease fitting, allowing for direct lubrication of the valve stem, nut, and bushing—unlike traditional designs that only lubricate the threads.
- Ergonomically designed handwheel for longer service life, effortless operation, and enhanced safety and reliability.
Applications
ANSI bellows globe valve are widely used in the petrochemical, chemical fiber and textile, plastics and paper, power and steel, printing and dyeing, rubber, and natural gas industries, as well as with other gases. They offer safe and reliable performance and are extensively used with industrial fluids such as ethylene glycol. The bellows-sealed design eliminates the drawbacks of conventional valves, such as rapid stem aging and leakage, thereby not only improving energy efficiency and enhancing the safety of production equipment but also reducing maintenance and frequent servicing, while providing a clean and safe working environment.
