Product Description
The J41F Natural Gas Flanged Globe Valve features stable sealing performance, safe and reliable operation, strong corrosion resistance, no internal or external media leakage, and easy operation. It successfully addresses the challenges faced by standard valves used in chemical pipelines, such as poor corrosion resistance, susceptibility to body perforation, poor sealing performance, and frequent leakage. It is particularly suitable for the transmission of ammonia and natural gas in the chemical industry and meets the requirements for long-term reliable operation, including sealing performance, maintainability, and safety. It is widely used in industries such as freezing, refrigeration, chemicals, petroleum, food processing, smelting, and liquefied petroleum gas.
Product Features
- To address the shortcomings of standard valves—such as poor corrosion resistance and susceptibility to shell perforation—ammonia-specific valves utilize corrosion-resistant steel (low-temperature carbon steel alloyed with corrosion-resistant elements) for the valve body, based on the specific characteristics of the medium. This design ensures resistance to corrosion from ammonia gas and liquid ammonia, with an operating temperature range extending down to –40 ℃, thereby maximizing compliance with operational requirements.
- The gas flanged globe valve features a ball-and-seat sealing configuration with automatic compensation, providing a dual-safety mechanism. This design ensures stable sealing performance and prevents adhesive wear, effectively addressing the issues of poor sealing performance and frequent leaks commonly associated with standard valves used in chemical pipelines.
- The flanges in this product feature a male-female sealing design, ensuring an absolutely reliable seal even when pipeline pressure fluctuates.
- The upper sealing assembly utilizes multi-stage PTFE sealing materials to form a composite seal, ensuring that no medium leaks from the stuffing box throughout the valve’s service life. This eliminates the weaknesses of conventional valve stuffing box seals—such as medium leakage and the potential for accidents—that are common in standard valves.
