The 600X Electric Hydraulic Control Valve consists of a main valve, solenoid pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, strainer, and pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control piping system. The solenoid pilot valve enables remote control of the valve’s opening and closing. With the addition of auxiliary devices, the speed of opening and closing can be controlled. This valve uses a pilot valve to control the opening and closing of the main valve, thereby saving energy. It can replace large electric actuators used with other valves. The product is suitable for water supply pipeline systems in high-rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water supply projects. The 600X electric hydraulic control valve is a hydraulically operated valve that uses a solenoid valve as a pilot valve. It is commonly used for automatic control in water supply, drainage, and industrial systems, offering accurate and rapid response. It remotely controls the opening and closing of pipeline systems via electrical signals, enabling remote operation. How It Works
When water is supplied to the valve from the inlet end, it flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber. When the solenoid pilot valve opens, the water in the control chamber flows out through the solenoid pilot valve and the ball valve. Since the ball valve is more fully open than the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber is very low, and the main valve remains fully open. When the solenoid pilot valve closes, the water in the main valve control chamber cannot flow out, causing the pressure in the control chamber to rise and pushing the diaphragm to close the main valve.
