Product Description
The H41W Lift Check Valve is a shut-off device designed to control the flow of media in pipelines by opening or closing the valve under various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions in medium- and small-diameter pipelines; it automatically prevents backflow by utilizing the weight of the valve disc and the fluid pressure differential. The H41W lift check valve is widely used in water treatment, chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, power generation, liquefied gas, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, electronics, urban construction, environmental protection, fire protection and HVAC, central air conditioning, and filtration equipment sectors.
Structural Features
- Lift check valves offer the advantages of a simple design, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
- When the medium enters the valve body in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc, generating an upward thrust. The valve opens when the thrust exerted by the medium exceeds the weight of the valve disc. The valve closes when the combined force exerted on the valve disc by the pressure of the medium downstream plus the weight of the valve disc itself exceeds the force exerted on the valve disc by the pressure of the medium upstream, thereby preventing backflow.
- The sealing surfaces are resistant to wear and scratches, provide good sealing performance, and have a long service life.
