Product Description
The H41H Lift Check Valve is a control device used in medium- and small-diameter pipelines to open or close the flow of media under various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions; it automatically prevents backflow by utilizing the weight of the valve disc and the fluid pressure differential. The H41H lift check alve is widely used in water treatment, chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, power generation, liquefied gas, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, electronics, urban construction, environmental protection, fire protection and HVAC, central air conditioning, and filtration equipment sectors.
Structural Features
- Lift check valves offer the advantages of a simple design, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
- When the medium enters the valve body in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc, generating an upward thrust. The valve opens when the thrust exerted by the medium exceeds the weight of the valve disc. The valve closes when the combined force exerted on the valve disc by the pressure downstream of the valve and the weight of the valve disc itself exceeds the force exerted on the valve disc by the pressure upstream of the valve, thereby preventing backflow of the medium.
- The sealing surfaces are resistant to wear and scratches, providing good sealing performance and a long service life.
