Product Description
The H142X Hydraulic Water Level Control Valve automatically opens and closes pipelines to regulate water levels. It is suitable for automatic water supply systems in various water towers or reservoirs in industrial and mining enterprises as well as civil buildings, and can also serve as a circulation control valve for atmospheric boilers. This valve is compact, easy to install, highly responsive, and causes minimal head loss with no water hammer. Since the use of a small float significantly improves water tower utilization, new water towers can be constructed with reduced float volume, thereby decreasing the height required for the float to move freely at the top of the tower and lowering construction costs. This valve overcomes the drawbacks of older rod-type float valves—such as large size, susceptibility to damage, low operating pressure, and excessive overflow—making it an ideal and suitable product for new water towers and for upgrading older float valves. When the water level in the tank or reservoir drops and the float valve opens to drain, pressurized water in the inlet pipe lifts the valve’s piston, opening the sealing surface and allowing water to flow. When the water level rises to the control valve, the float valve closes; the piston moves downward to seal the surface, and water supply ceases.
