Product Description

The HC44X rubber disc check valve consists primarily of three main components: the valve body, the valve bonnet, and the rubber disc. The rubber disc is constructed with a substrate of steel plate, steel rod, and reinforced nylon fabric, coated with rubber on the outer layer, enabling a service life of up to 1 million cycles. Featuring a full-bore design, this check valve offers low head loss, is resistant to debris buildup, and is easy to maintain. This valve is primarily suitable for water supply and drainage systems and can be installed at the outlet of a pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. It can also be installed on the bypass pipe of a water storage tank's inlet or outlet to prevent backflow of tank water into the water supply system. The rubber disc check valve features a disc fully lined with nitrile rubber that forms a combined seal with the metal bevel of the valve body. The disc has a short closing stroke and excellent sealing performance, which can significantly reduce water hammer impact pressure.
