Product Description

The G100X grooved remote control float valve consists of a main valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a float pilot valve, and a microstrainer. This valve automatically controls the liquid level through a hydraulically controlled piping system. Its structural design ensures low fluid resistance, high flow rates, and excellent sealing performance.

How It Works

1. Filling Phase: When water is supplied to the pipeline from the inlet, the needle valve, ball valve, and float pilot valve remain open, and water enters the tank through the strainer, needle valve, control chamber, ball valve, and float pilot valve. At this point, no pressure builds up in the control chamber, the main valve opens, and the water tower (tank) begins supplying water.
2. Water Level Control Phase: When the water level in the water tower (tank) rises to the set height, the float rises and closes the float pilot valve, causing the water pressure in the control chamber to rise, which in turn pushes the main valve to close, stopping the water supply. When the water level drops, the float pilot valve reopens, causing the water pressure in the control chamber to drop; the main valve then reopens to resume water supply, maintaining the water level at the set height.

Applications

It is widely used for liquid level control in facilities such as water towers and reservoirs within water supply networks for high-rise buildings, residential areas, and other locations.
