Product Description

The G600X grooved electric hydraulic control valve consists of a main valve, a solenoid pilot valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a strainer, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulically controlled piping system. The solenoid pilot valve enables remote control of the valve's opening and closing. With the addition of auxiliary devices, the opening and closing speeds can be controlled. The electrically controlled hydraulic control valve uses a pilot valve to control the valve's opening and closing, thereby saving energy. It can replace large electric actuators used with other valves. Electrically controlled hydraulic control valves are used in water supply network systems for high-rise buildings, residential areas, and other applications, as well as in urban water supply projects. The G600X grooved electric hydraulic control valve is a hydraulically operated valve that uses a solenoid valve as its pilot valve. It is commonly used for automatic control in water supply, drainage, and industrial systems, offering accurate and rapid control responses. It remotely opens and closes pipeline systems based on electrical signals, enabling remote operation. The G600X grooved electric hydraulic control valve can replace gate valves and butterfly valves in large-scale electric control systems. How It Works

When water is supplied to the valve from the upstream end, it flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber. When the solenoid pilot valve opens, the water in the control chamber flows out through the solenoid pilot valve and the ball valve. Since the ball valve is more fully open than the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber is very low, and the main valve is in the fully open position. When the solenoid pilot valve closes, the water in the main valve control chamber cannot flow out; the pressure in the control chamber rises, pushing the diaphragm to close the main valve.
