Product Description
The H71W-16P Wafer-Type Lift Check Valve is cast from 304 stainless steel. It can be installed in any position on a pipeline to prevent backflow of the medium. When installed in a boiler feedwater system, it can be put into operation using the existing pipeline's flanged connections. The connection method involves clamping the check valve between the flanges at both ends of the existing pipeline. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, construction, HVAC, and industrial systems. For example, when installed at the outlet of a pump, it prevents water hammer, water hammer noise, and destructive impacts, thereby preventing backflow and protecting equipment, while also providing significant energy savings.
Product Features
The H71W-16P wafer-type check valve features a short disc stroke and a lightweight disc, with spring-assisted closing that ensures rapid valve closure. It is characterized by a very short overall length, compact size, light weight, low fluid resistance, reliable sealing, smooth opening and closing, wear resistance, long service life, slow-closing capability unaffected by the medium, and good energy-saving performance.
