Product Description

The XZ15X-16Q female-threaded signal gate valve is a soft-sealed gate valve with a built-in signal feedback function. Its valve body is made of ductile iron, the valve plate is made of ductile iron + NBR, and the valve stem is made of brass. It is primarily used in fire protection systems and other applications requiring a visual indication of the valve's open position. How it works: the handwheel turns, driving the valve stem back and forth via its threads, which raises or lowers the valve disc connected to the stem to open or close the valve. In addition, the signal threaded gate valve is equipped with an electrical signal device. When the handwheel is turned to open or close the gate valve, the signal device outputs "ON" or "OFF" electrical signals corresponding to the gate valve's open or closed position, facilitating remote monitoring and operation.
