Product Description

The PZ73H-10C manual knife gate valve is suitable for pipelines carrying media such as pulp containing suspended particles or fibrous materials, sewage, coal slurry, ash and slag, and cement mixtures. It cuts off these media using a blade-shaped gate that can sever fibrous materials. The valve body has no internal chambers; the gate moves up and down within lateral guide grooves, with a bottom lug pressing tightly against the seat. To achieve a higher level of media sealing, an O-ring-sealed seat can be selected to provide bidirectional sealing. This valve features easy and flexible operation, a compact size, unobstructed flow, low flow resistance, light weight, and ease of installation and disassembly. The blade-shaped gate has a shearing function that scrapes away adhesions on the sealing surface and automatically clears debris; the stainless steel gate prevents seal leakage caused by corrosion. It is widely used in industries such as sewage treatment, coal slurry, syrup, slurry, air, slag-water mixtures, water supply, papermaking, and mining.
