Product Features

1. The valve seat has no grooves at the bottom and features a flat-bottomed design with a Nominal Diameter that matches the valve body, preventing debris buildup and ensuring unobstructed fluid flow.
2. The valve body and bonnet are coated with epoxy resin on both the interior and exterior; the valve body is reinforced to prevent cracking or peeling during use.
3. The valve plate is fully coated with rubber; the rubber is firmly bonded to the core frame, making it resistant to peeling and providing excellent elasticity.
4. The upper seal between the valve stem and the valve bonnet consists of three rubber O-rings, ensuring smooth valve stem rotation, reliable sealing, and a long service life.
5. The valve body is cast to fit the valve plate perfectly, ensuring excellent sealing performance and interchangeability.
