Product Description

The Z43WF non-ported slab gate valve is designed for use in pipelines that do not require flushing. Its unique design is not restricted by site conditions and allows for installation at any angle. A non-ported slab gate valve is a sliding valve with parallel gate plates as its closing elements. The closing elements can consist of a single gate plate or a double gate plate configuration with a spreader mechanism between them; the clamping force of the gate plate against the seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate plate or floating seat.

Product Features

1. The gate and valve seat undergo special processing and are spray-welded with cemented carbide and PTFE to achieve a double seal. Additionally, grease can be injected to provide auxiliary sealing and double protection, resulting in a more reliable seal and a longer service life.
2. This valve features a unique triple-adjustable packing structure that ensures a reliable seal between the valve bonnet and the valve stem.
3. Flat gate valves with flow-through holes are used in pipelines that require pigging, while those without flow-through holes are used in pipelines that do not require pigging.
4. When the pressure inside the valve body rises, the valve seat automatically yields to relieve the excess pressure.
5. The drive mechanism ensures that the valve opens and closes smoothly, requiring only one-third to one-half the torque of a standard valve.
6. The flat gate valve opens and closes quickly and features a cushioning mechanism that ensures shock-free operation. Its innovative pneumatic-to-manual conversion mechanism offers flexible, convenient, and reliable operation.
