Product Description
The SD341X Telescopic Flanged Butterfly Valve features automatic compensation for thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, making it easy to install and remove. It is used in industrial pipelines—including those in the petroleum, chemical, power, paper, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction sectors—where temperatures do not exceed 80°C and nominal pressure does not exceed 1.6 MPa, to regulate flow and shut off fluid.
The SD341X Telescopic Flanged Butterfly Valve Comes in Three Types
- A. Standard Type: When selecting this product, follow the design specifications for expansion joints. If limit bolts are required, please specify this at the time of purchase.
- B. Fixed-Limit Type: This type is both telescopic and lockable, featuring a function that secures the telescopic section to prevent it from extending or retracting. It is characterized by its versatility and wider range of applications.
- C. Extended Type: This type features an extended telescopic section compared to the standard telescopic butterfly valve, allowing its length to meet the user’s specific requirements (excluding the telescopic travel). Its key advantage is that during the retrofitting of existing piping systems, when valves on the original piping need to be replaced, the new valve can be installed without cutting the connection points of the original valve. When selecting the extended type, consider incorporating a stop mechanism; if a stop mechanism is required, please specify this when placing your order.
Product Features
- The sealing components are adjustable and replaceable, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
- Flexible design, lightweight, low-effort operation, and quick opening and closing.
- Telescopic butterfly valves not only compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature differences in pipelines, but also facilitate valve maintenance, installation, and replacement.
