Product Description

The CS49H disc-type steam trap utilizes thermodynamic principles: when the condensate flow rate is low, secondary evaporation occurs, and differences in viscosity and sealing properties between the condensate and steam drive the opening and closing of the valve. Equipped with a steam or air insulation device, it is unaffected by ambient temperature, which reduces the frequency of operation and extends its service life. It is equipped with a strainer and a blowdown port. The valve operates sensitively and reliably, with a high condensate discharge capacity. It is suitable for steam blocking and drainage in high-temperature steam main lines and superheated steam networks.
