Product Description

The CS49H disc-type steam trap utilizes thermodynamic principles: when the condensate discharge rate is low, secondary evaporation occurs; differences in viscosity and sealing properties between the condensate and steam drive the opening and closing of the valve. Equipped with a steam or air insulation device, it is unaffected by ambient temperature, reducing the frequency of operation and extending its service life. It is fitted with a strainer and a blow-off. The valve operates sensitively and reliably, with a high condensate discharge capacity. It is suitable for steam blocking and drainage in high-temperature steam mainlines and superheated steam networks.
