The Q41F46 ANSI PTFE Lined Ball Valve is designed for opening and closing pipelines carrying various highly corrosive media. Both the valve body interior and the ball are lined with corrosion- and aging-resistant poly-tetrafluoroethylene (F46) using a high-pressure injection molding process, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, this valve is used to regulate or shut off highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis during production processes. Its performance is particularly effective in water treatment process control. It is currently one of the ideal choices among corrosion-resistant valve equipment.

1. Ball valves with a fluoroplastic lining offer exceptional chemical stability and are suitable for use with any highly corrosive substances except for “molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.”
