Product Description

The A27T-16 spring-loaded low-lift safety valve is suitable for use on equipment or pipelines carrying media such as air, steam, and liquids at operating temperatures of ≤200°C, serving as an overpressure protection device.

Structure and How It Works

1. This valve consists of a valve body, valve seat, valve stem, valve disc, spring-loaded component, and other components.
2. When this valve is not in operation or has not reached the specified operating pressure, the spring pressure keeps the valve disc tightly pressed against the seat, maintaining a seal. When the operating pressure exceeds the specified operating pressure, the valve disc automatically opens to discharge the medium, preventing the pressure from rising further and ensuring safe operation.
