Product Description

The A42F46-16C PTFE-lined safety valve is primarily used as an automatic pressure relief device on pressurized equipment, pressure vessels, and piping systems handling highly corrosive media such as chlor-alkali chemicals, liquid chlorine, and hydrochloric acid. The valve body is lined with PTFE (F46 or PFA), and critical components are made entirely of PTFE (F46 or PTFE), which enhances corrosion resistance and effectively prevents corrosion caused by corrosive media such as liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, and other highly corrosive substances.

Product Features

The interior of the A42F46-16C PTFE-lined safety valve body, as well as the valve core and disc, are fully lined with 2.5–3 mm thick F46 and PFA, making them resistant to corrosive media such as liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and aqua regia.
