Product Description

The A27W spring-loaded low-lift safety valve is suitable for use on equipment or pipelines carrying corrosive media at operating temperatures of ≤200°C, serving as an overpressure protection device.

Structure and How It Works

1. This valve comprises components such as the valve body, valve seat, valve stem, valve disc, and spring-loaded components.
2. When this valve is not in operation or has not reached the specified operating pressure, the spring pressure keeps the valve disc firmly pressed against the seat, maintaining the seal. When the operating pressure exceeds the specified operating pressure, the valve disc opens automatically to discharge the medium, preventing the pressure from rising further and ensuring safe operation.
