Product Description

The PQ340H Cast Steel Worm Gear Eccentric Half Ball Valve operates by rotating the worm gear mechanism to drive the eccentric half-ball, thereby opening and closing the valve. This valve features low flow resistance, reliable sealing, and stable performance, and is widely used in various fluid control systems. The eccentric half ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, an eccentric ball, and a valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers itself along a common trajectory. As the valve closes, the seal tightens progressively, ensuring an excellent seal. Since the ball and valve seat are separated, wear on the sealing ring is eliminated, overcoming the problem of constant wear between the sealing surfaces of traditional ball valves. A non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection for the metal surface of the seat. This product is particularly applicable to media such as those found in the steel and aluminum industries, as well as those containing fibers, fine solid particles, pulp, coal ash, and petroleum gas.
