Product Description

The KXT-B type double union rubber flexible joint is a piping joint characterized by high elasticity, high airtightness, resistance to various media, and weather resistance. This double union rubber flexible joint leverages the performance features of rubber; it is manufactured by laminating high-strength polyester cord fabric—which offers excellent thermal stability under both high and low temperatures—with the rubber, followed by vulcanization in a high-pressure, high-temperature mold. It features a highly dense internal structure, can withstand high pressures, and exhibits excellent elastic deformation properties. These flexible joints are characterized by their ability to reduce vibration and noise, their excellent flexibility, and ease of use. Their spherical structure and superior sealing performance prevent pipeline ruptures and damage to connected equipment caused by thermal expansion and contraction, minimize medium impact, extend the service life of pipelines, and enhance equipment protection. They are widely applicable for media such as water and compressed air.
