Product Description

The SP15F-16T static balancing valve is designed for static hydraulic balancing. It features an equal-percentage flow characteristic curve and is suitable for systems with centralized volume control, centralized mass control, and staged flow control. When the system flow changes, the flow to each branch and each user equipped with this valve will increase or decrease proportionally, maintaining the flow distribution established during the initial adjustment.

1. A new “O”-ring seal design has been adopted, which not only ensures a reliable seal with no leakage but also allows the handle to rotate smoothly and effortlessly when adjusting the regulating valve.
2. The use of an angled valve core and stem allows the fluid to flow more smoothly through the valve than with a vertical valve core and stem, resulting in superior performance.
3. The valve stem features a screw-in sleeve design, which increases the valve opening without raising the stem, thereby significantly reducing the installation space required.
4. The valve opening is displayed digitally, making the opening indication more accurate, intuitive, and clear.
5. The valve body structure was designed using computer simulation, which not only ensures the valve body’s strength but also reduces the valve’s overall weight by nearly 30 percent, making it easier to install and handle.
6. The valve body of the balancing valve is formed using a hot-forming process, which significantly improves its mechanical properties and results in a smooth, flat surface and an elegant, refined appearance.
7. The valve core, valve stem, and locking rod—all critical components—are made entirely of brass, which significantly improves mechanical performance and service life.
