The Q11F-16P two-piece ball valve, also known as a 2PC ball valve, consists of a main valve body and a secondary valve body. It features a rational design and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring smooth operation and reliable sealing. The stem utilizes a bottom-mounted design with reverse sealing; thus, the stem is protected from impact in the event of abnormal pressure buildup in the valve cavity. A 90° open/close positioning mechanism can be installed, and the valve can be locked as needed to prevent accidental operation. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and urban construction sectors, such as for conveying high-temperature, high-pressure fluids like petroleum, natural gas, chemicals, and steam, as well as for controlling various fluids and in urban water supply and drainage systems.
