The Q11F-16P one-piece ball valve is a reduced-bore ball valve designed specifically for small-diameter pipelines. One-piece ball valves are easy to operate and open and close quickly, requiring only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed. In a one-piece internal threaded ball valve, the sealing surfaces of the ball and seat are isolated from the medium when the valve is fully open or fully closed, preventing erosion of the valve's sealing surfaces as the medium passes through. They are widely used in the chemical, petroleum, power, pharmaceutical, brewing, food, dairy and beverage, cosmetics, and engineering support industrial piping sectors.
