Product Description

The Q611F pneumatic three-piece ball valve features a compact design and consists of a three-part valve body, with the central valve body and ball held in place by four long bolts clamped from both ends. Its advantage is that during maintenance or disassembly, there is no need to disconnect the pipe threads; instead, simply removing the four bolts allows the central section of the valve body to be extracted. It features a rational structure, an aesthetically pleasing design, smooth opening and closing, and reliable sealing. The pneumatic three-piece ball valve is suitable for various pipelines with an operating pressure of PN16 and a working temperature of ≤120°C, and is used to shut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be used with a variety of media, including water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, ammonia brine, and neutralized water.

How It Works

The pneumatic three-piece ball valve uses a 90° rotation of the pneumatic actuator to rotate the ball, thereby allowing or blocking the flow of the medium. The direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the likelihood of failure, making it suitable for applications in light industrial machinery where space is limited. The valve stem features a bottom-mounted design with a reverse seal, ensuring that the stem is not subjected to impact in the event of abnormal pressure buildup in the valve chamber. A 90° open/close positioning mechanism can be installed, and the valve can be locked as needed to prevent accidental operation.
