Structural Characteristics
YB13X proportional pressure reducing valve is mainly composed of valve body, inlet gland, piston, outlet gland and O-ring, gasket and other parts. The valve body consists of two parts and adopts internal thread connection type. Inside the valve there is a piston of lampshade type, with several round holes at the bottom, and the bottom surface is connected with a valve seat (nitrile rubber) and the valve body is sealed directly. The valve structure is rigorous, novel, smooth operation (stable water flow, no noise), lightweight (save installation space), easy to install, stable pressure reduction ratio, that is, reduce the “dynamic pressure" and reduce the “static pressure", the material is all copper or stainless steel, suitable for clean water and seawater, not afraid of scaling and corrosion.
Working Principle
YB13X type proportional pressure reducing valve in the inlet pressure flow medium, the floating piston is pushed open, the medium through. Due to the piston ends of the cross-sectional area of the pressure difference caused by different changes in the pressure after the valve, that is, in the pipeline under pressure, the piston ends of the area ratio constitutes the valve before the valve and after the pressure ratio. No matter how the pressure before the valve changes, the static and dynamic pressure after the valve can be proportionally reduced to the corresponding pressure value.
