Q41F46 fluorine lined ball valve is designed for the opening and closing control of various strong corrosive media pipelines. The valve body cavity and ball are lined with corrosion-resistant, ageing-resistant polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) using high-pressure injection molding process, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing. Widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial sectors, to achieve the production process of acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media regulation or cut off, in the water treatment process control in the use of the effect is particularly obvious. Product Characteristics
- Fluoroplastic lined ball valves have high chemical stability and can be used with any strong corrosive properties except “molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine”.
- Featuring a full-bore, floating ball design, the valve achieves leak-free closure across the entire pressure range, facilitating ball-passing line cleaning and pipeline maintenance.
- The opening and closing parts of the ball and the valve stem cast (forged) as a whole, eliminating the possibility of pressure changes caused by the valve stem impact within the pressure-bearing parts, fundamentally ensure the safety of use in the project.
- Compact and reasonable structure, the valve body cavity space is small, reducing the medium stagnation.
- The use of special molding process, so that the sealing surface of good density, coupled with herringbone ring PTFE packing combination, so that the valve to achieve zero leakage.
