Y416X Pressure Reducing and Stabilizing Valve is a normally open spring diaphragm type pressure regulating valve composed of valve body, valve cover, spring cover, main valve spring, piston, O-ring, sealing gasket, regulating spring and diaphragm. It adopts the pressure feedback mechanism after the valve, which reduces both dynamic and static pressure in work, and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Working Principle
The valve valve outlet pressure through the pressure feedback mechanism to the rubber diaphragm under the spool, so that the valve flap and the cut-off port to maintain the corresponding position, when the adjusting value, the cut-off port closed to realize the reduction of static pressure, when the pressure after the valve is lower than the adjusting value, by the pressure of the spring downward pressure on the spool, and then open the cut-off port for boosting, to ensure that the pressure after the valve does not exceed the adjusting value. As the inlet pressure surface and outlet pressure surface is 1:10, the force of 0.1MPa after the valve can balance the force of 1.0MPa before the valve, so it has the role of pressure stabilization.
