Product Description

The Q941F46-16C electric PTFE-lined flanged ball valve is a 90° rotary ball valve characterized by excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, low flow resistance, simple structure, easy maintenance, and a long service life. Both the ball valve's interior and the ball are lined with corrosion- and aging-resistant FEP (F46) using a high-pressure injection molding process, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals to regulate or shut off highly corrosive media—such as acids and alkalis—during production processes, and demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in water treatment process control.

Product Features

1. Ball valves with an FEP lining offer extremely high chemical stability and are suitable for use with any highly corrosive substances except for “molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.”
2. Featuring a full-bore, floating-ball design, the valve provides leak-free shutoff across the entire pressure range, making it easier to perform pipe cleaning and maintenance on the piping system.
3. The ball and valve stem are cast (or forged) as a single unit, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem being forced out of the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, thereby fundamentally ensuring operational safety in engineering applications.
4. The valve features a compact and well-designed structure with a small internal cavity, which minimizes media retention. In addition, a special molding process ensures excellent density of the sealing surface, and when combined with V-shaped PTFE packing, this design enables the valve to achieve zero leakage.
