Product Description

The ZCS/DF grooved solenoid valve features a clamp-type connection and is suitable for industrial applications involving water or other liquids. It enables automated or remote control of the flow of working media such as water, oil, and other liquids through pipelines. The ZCS/DF grooved solenoid valve uses rubber seals, which significantly reduces the cleanliness requirements for the working medium. It is characterized by rapid opening and closing and high reliability.

Structural Principles

The ZCS/DF grooved solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with a diaphragm-activated single-stage opening mechanism. Its structure primarily consists of a pilot valve and a main valve. Depending on their state when de-energized, these valves can be classified as normally open or normally closed solenoid valves.

In the normal position, the movable core seals the auxiliary valve port; the pressure within the valve chamber is balanced, and both the auxiliary valve and main valve ports are closed. When the coil is energized, an electromagnetic force pulls the movable core upward, opening the auxiliary valve. The fluid in the main valve chamber then flows out through the pilot valve port, creating a pressure differential across the main valve diaphragm. The diaphragm is rapidly lifted, opening the main valve port and allowing the valve to flow. When the coil is de-energized and the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core returns to its original position, sealing the secondary valve orifice. Consequently, the pressure in the upper chamber of the secondary valve diaphragm rises, pressing the main valve diaphragm against the valve seat, and the valve returns to the closed state.

When the coil is energized, a magnetic force is generated; under the influence of this magnetic force, the armature moves downward, pushing the secondary valve cup downward and closing the secondary valve. As the pressure differential between the upper and lower sides of the main valve approaches equilibrium, the main valve diaphragm is pressed against the seal by the spring-loaded spring and its own weight, closing the valve. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic force drops to zero. The armature and the auxiliary valve ring rise due to the spring force, opening the auxiliary valve. The medium in the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm flows out through the auxiliary valve, causing the pressure to drop. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve lifts upward due to the pressure differential between the upper and lower chambers, opening the main valve and allowing the valve to open.
