Pneumatic PTFE-lined flanged ball valves consist of a ball valve combined with a pneumatic actuator. They offer two control modes: on/off shut-off and intelligent regulation. On/off pneumatic ball valves, when paired with a directional solenoid valve, limit switches, and a 0.4–0.7 MPa air supply, enable electrical on/off control and remote valve position feedback. Intelligent regulating pneumatic ball valves, when equipped with an electric positioner and a 4–20 mA current signal input, can regulate parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. They are particularly suitable for applications involving highly corrosive chemical media. These valves are widely used in automated control systems within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for long-distance centralized control or local control.
