Product Description
The GQ641F-16P Pneumatic High-Platform Flanged Ball Valve is a relatively new type of ball valve. The valve body is cast using advanced processes, featuring a rational design and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth opening and closing. The stem employs a bottom-mounted design with reverse sealing, ensuring that the stem will not be forced out in the event of abnormal pressure surges in the valve cavity. Pneumatic high-platform flanged ball valves are primarily used to shut off or connect media, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control.
Product Features
- The valve body is manufactured using processes such as casting and forging, and connection methods include flanged, welded, quick-connect, and threaded connections.
- The ball simply rotates 90° around the valve stem to fully open or close the valve, making the operation quick and easy.
- The seal utilizes a unique elastic lip sealing technology, ensuring a leak-free shut-off, while its proprietary self-compensating feature extends the valve’s service life.
- Seal materials include PTFE, reinforced PTFE, and hard seals, among other types, making them suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
- After surface hardening, the ball core is ground and polished to ensure a smooth, wear-resistant finish.
- The ball-core, equal-diameter straight-through flow channel has an inner diameter that is essentially the same as that of the pipe, resulting in low flow resistance.
- Internal valve stems offer greater safety and rigidity.
- Because the ball core and seal ring experience shear forces during the opening and closing process, this design is particularly suitable for fluids such as pulp, wastewater, and other slurries containing particles.
- Anti-static devices can be installed upon request.
Applications
Widely used in applications such as the petroleum and chemical industries, as well as municipal water supply and drainage systems, where strict shut-off is required.
