Product Description

Y100 general purpose radial pressure gauge (0–1.6 MPa) is designed for measuring the pressure of liquids, steam, and gases that are non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying, and non-corrosive to steel, copper, and copper alloys.

Structural Principles

The measuring system of a pressure gauge consists of a connection fitting, a spring-loaded Bourdon tube, and a transmission mechanism, which work together to indicate the reading via a pointer. When the pressure of the measured medium is transmitted through the connection fitting to the spring-loaded Bourdon tube, the tube undergoes elastic deformation under the pressure, thereby driving the transmission mechanism and the pointer. The scale value indicated by the pointer on the pressure gauge dial at this moment represents the pressure of the measured medium.

Y100Z refers to a standard axial-type pressure gauge with a dial diameter of 100 mm.
